How to book ?1. When you have find the dwelling in our selection, fill in the according availability inquiry form.2. If the residence is free, you'll receive our offer by email. If no more available, we'll try to propose you some alternative possibilities. 3. If our offer is convenient for you, we send by email a web address to your tenancy agreement. (Look at a sample of the Tenancy Agreement). 4. You can accept the tenancy Agreement using the link on the lower part of the agreement, but you can also refuse it. 5. You pay by international bank transfer or by credit card Visa or Mastercard. 30% of the rate is payable at the date of the booking and the balance is due 60 days before rental beginning. 6. After receipt of your payment we confirm the booking and pass on to you the address of your residence. 7. About 70 days prior to your holiday, you'll receive by email a reminder for the balance due. The payment has to be made as per #5. 8. It is important to know that from reception of your first payment, you are covered for the most damages which might arise during a holiday rental including cancellation cost.
