Provence Villas Selection, a private limited company registered under Swiss law in CH - 3960 SIERRE (Switzerland), hereafter named the Agent, acting on behalf of the Landlord/owner of the furnished accommodation on one hand and,

hereafter named the Tenant, on the other hand,

who have both agreed to the following terms :
the furnished holiday home hereafter designated by Ref. 9999-99-99 (Ma Maison) on the www.provencevillaselection.net website is let by the Agent to the Tenant - who agrees -, in conformity with the relating description.

Start date of the rental period : 01/07/2005
Termination date of the rental period : 31/07/2005

This dwelling is fully let, without any further formality, for a maximum capacity of 12 persons, as indicated in the description, at the price of :
3000.00 Euros and payable as follows :
- Deposit : 1000.00 Euros immediately payable to the Agent in confirmation of the booking.
- The balance due : 2000.00 Euros is to be paid to the Agent 60 days before the beginning of the rental period. The Agent will send a reminder to the tenant by e-mail about 70 days before the beginning of the rental period
The payment is to be made with Visa or Mastercard or by international bank transfer. By paying with credit card, the tenant obliged himself not to contest the debit of his account during 6 months after his payment.

The premises will be considered as genuinely booked upon the Agent's receipt of the deposit above-stipulated. Once the Tenant has transferred this amount onto the Agent's account, the Tenant will expressly respect the terms of this agreement, as well as those of the "General booking Conditions" a copy of which he will receive herewith, and to the clauses of which he totally consents.

By paying the amount of the deposit, the tenant is automatically covered, without additional charges, against the risks stipulated in the "Guarantee summary under contract N 5138048.411 taken out with Ace European Group Limited" he can acquaint on the Internet website of Provence Villas Selection.
The tenant and his/her family are covered, his or her spouse or concubine, their relatives in the ascending or descending lines, sons in law, daughters in law, brothers, sisters. Following other persons of the stay will be covered as well :
Mr & Mme Tom SPENCER
Mr & Mme Malcolm DOOLEY

Additionally, to enable and guarantee the complete execution of the present terms and to cover damages that might arise from the occupancy of the premises, the Tenant agrees to remit on arrival a guarantee of 500.00 Euros to the Landlord/owner or his/her reprensentative - these moneys will not be productive of any interest and will be handed back to the Tenant if no damages are noted. The guarantee can be given in cash, cheque of credit card statement.
